This page allows PersonaX users to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
⚠️ Diqqət / Warning: Hesab silinməsi geri qaytarıla bilməz. Bütün məlumatlarınız (profil, analiz tarixçəsi, VIP statusu) həmişəlik silinəcək.
Account deletion is irreversible. All your data (profile, analysis history, VIP status) will be permanently deleted.
🔹 Üsul 1 — Tətbiq daxilindən / Method 1 — From within the app
- PersonaX tətbiqini açın / Open the PersonaX app
- Hesabınıza daxil olun / Sign in to your account
- Profil → Tənzimləmələr → Hesabı Sil bölməsinə keçin / Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Təsdiq edin və hesabınız dərhal silinəcək / Confirm — your account will be deleted immediately
🔹 Üsul 2 — E-poçt ilə müraciət / Method 2 — Request by email
Tətbiqə girişiniz yoxdursa, bu e-poçt ünvanına müraciət göndərin:

Mövzu / Subject: Account Deletion Request
Məktubda hesabınızın e-poçt ünvanını qeyd edin. / Include your account email address in the message.
Müraciətiniz 7 iş günü ərzində emal olunacaq. / Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
🔹 Silinəcək məlumatlar / Data that will be deleted
- Hesab profili (e-poçt, ad, avatar) / Account profile (email, name, avatar)
- Autentifikasiya məlumatları (şifrə hash-i, Google ID) / Authentication data (password hash, Google ID)
- VIP statusu və abunəlik tarixçəsi / VIP status and subscription history
- Yaradılma və yeniləmə tarixləri / Account creation and update timestamps
🔹 Saxlanılan məlumatlar / Data that may be retained
- Anonim analitika məlumatları (şəxsən sizinlə əlaqəli deyil) / Anonymous analytics data (not linked to you personally)
- Qanuni öhdəliklər səbəbindən saxlanılan loglar (maksimum 90 gün) / Server logs retained for legal compliance (max 90 days)
Qeyd: AI analiz nəticələri serverdə saxlanılmır — yalnız sessiya zamanı emal olunur. / Note: AI analysis results are not stored on the server — they are processed only during the session.
✅ Texniki detallar / Technical details: Hesabınız tətbiq daxilindəki düymə vasitəsilə silindikdə, sistem DELETE /api/auth/account endpoint-ini çağırır və verilənlər bazasından sizinlə bağlı bütün qeydləri dərhal silir.
When you delete your account in-app, the system calls DELETE /api/auth/account which immediately removes all your records from the database.
